Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, please follow these guidelines to request a return or refund.

You have up to 7 calendar days from the receipt of your product to request a return. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. To start the process, please email sportivecore.store@gmail.com with the subject "Return - Order #[order number]," including the reason and photos of the product. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and your refund will be processed after the supplier verifies the product's condition. The refund will be issued via the same payment method and may take up to 15 business days to be credited.
